Short Take: Net firm ups ante for Lewinsky photos

Knowing a Net hit when it sees one, the Internet Entertainment Group said it has chipped in $1 million to the standing offer made by magazine to obtain nude photographs of former White House intern Monica Lewinsky. IEG, which brought a controversial Pamela Anderson Lee sex video to the Net, has raised the stake to $3 million for images of the woman who allegedly had an affair with President Clinton.
