Short Take: Landlords vow easier access for telecom providers

A new model access agreement to allow easier access by telecom companies to multi-tenant office buildings was released Wednesday by the Real Access Alliance. The draft, on which the alliance is seeking comment, came from a pledge by the alliance and 12 major real estate companies to the Federal Communications Commission to speed up access so tenants could have more choice.
