Short Take: Excite@Home invests in Biztravel.com, E-Stamp

In an effort to expand its Web content, Excite@Home, the leading cable modem service provider, has taken minority investments in E-Stamp and Rosenbluth Interactive, which owns Biztravel.com. The E-Stamp stake is valued at $2.5 million, and coupled with the Rosenbluth stake and four previous investments, Excite@Home has spent more than $45 million on recent investments and partnerships.
