Short Take: Deloitte, SPL team on CRM software

Deloitte Consulting has teamed with IT consulting firm SPL WorldGroup to implement SPL's customer relationship management (CRM) software. CIS Plus is targeted to the energy and utilities markets in both the United States and United Kingdom. In addition to providing implementation services to CIS Plus customers, Deloitte has been working with SPL and PeopleSoft to develop opportunities within the U.K. market.
