Short Take: CraftClick.com buys rival site

Pasting together an empire of arts-and-crafts sites, CraftClick.com today said it bought shopping site Biggest Little Craft Mall. Santa Monica, Calif.-based CraftClick is further adding to its network of niche sites by buying Louisiana-based Craft Mall, which provides Web hosting, message boards and shopping for its members. CraftClick, only 7 months in operation, has recently acquired such sites as Art2Art.com, ToleNet.com and CraftCentralStation. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
