Comet Systems said that its plug-in, which changes users' cursors into animated or still graphics on sites that implement the technology, has been downloaded by 10 million unique users. The company said it is the fourth most commonly accessed Web tools site, after RealNetworks, ICQ, and Macromedia, citing Adweek and Media Metrix reports.
