Short Take: BTI Telecom taps EDS for management system

BTI Telecom has hired IT services giant EDS to build the firm a Web-enabled ordering, and product and customer management system. The project is part of a five-year, $20 million agreement for billing management services EDS has inked with the Raleigh, North Carolina-based competitive local exchange carrier.
