Short Take: Adobe ships Illustrator 7.0

Adobe Systems is now shipping Illustrator 7.0 for Windows and Macintosh in the United States and Canada. French, German, and Japanese versions will ship in two weeks. The upgrade for the first time uses the same menus and tools as other Adobe graphics applications and adds support for RGB color. The software costs $595 or $99 for an upgrade.
