Short: Integrated's CFO moves to Intrinsa

Integrated Systems announced that Steven Sipowicz, vice president of finance and CFO, will be leaving the company effective October 1. He will be joining Intrinsa, a privately-held software company. Integrated stated that it has initiated a search for a vice president of finance and CFO.
