DARPA tests a lightweight, speedy, autonomous drone for indoor use; also, engineers develop a tech that could someday charge your phone with your shoe.

DARPA is working on lightweight drones that can navigate obstacles indoors, but initial tests weren't exactly breaking speed records (there are some gnarly crashes, too). We're also taking a look at a promising bit of tech: a system that can harvest and store energy inside shoe sole, complete with a USB plug. Would you charge your electronic devices with your shoe?
