Shelby GT500: Uncage the beast

A bulging hood, white body with red stripes, and an exhaust note that could be classified as a seismic event make the Ford Shelby GT500 the attention-getting car that it is. Lacking Ford or Mustang logos, the Shelby GT500 makes a statement, especially when its 510 pound-feet of torque get the rear tires spinning loose from pavement.
This big muscle car would at first glance seem hard to handle. But the power comes on relatively gently, allowing easy parking lot maneuvering, and, with our car's SVT performance package, there is plenty of grip in the corners.
