Schwab launches online IRA service
Charles Schwab on Tuesday launched a new online individual retirement account service, IRA Express. The service includes information on IRA-related questions, IRA products and the ability to invest in an IRA online. IRA Express is part of a package of three new services that includes access to retirement consultants for investment rollovers and retirement workshops. The services are available to Schwab Signature Service customers or investors with $100,000 or more that they want to roll over from a previous employer's 401K plan into a Schwab IRA.
