Safari 2.0.3: Problems logging into phpBB

MacFixIt reader Gabriel Dorado reports an issue where Safari 2.0.3 ( included with Mac OS X 10.4.6) fails to log into the standard phpBB forum, which uses the phpBB 2.0.20 software.

Gabriel writes:

"You cannot log in phpBB forum with Safari. You can with Firefox 1.5.0.1.

"No problem with previous versions of Safari (Mac OS X 10.4.3)."
