Reuters article on Mac OS 8.5 "glitch"

A Reuters article, as posted in eMedia Weekly, covers the now infamous Mac OS 8.5 "hard disk damage" issue. It features some quotes from me. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised that the quotes fairly represented what I said to them (this is often not the case!). However, one quibble: based on my (obviously skewed) email and other reports (such as on MacInTouch), I estimated that the problem affects at most 1% of all Mac users, probably less. The article said that I estimated the problem at "about" 1% of users. That implies the situation is worse than I really think it is. In fact, I tried to stress in general that the problem may not be unique to OS 8.5 - and may not even be an OS problem. Some of that got lost in the translation.
