Retrospect 5 debuts: due to ship "in the fall"

Dantz has announced a Mac OS X compatible version of Retrospect. Scheduled for release this fall, Retrospect 5.0 will run natively under both Mac OS X and Mac OS 9." Retrospect 5 can be seen demonstrated at the Expo in Dantz's booth, #641.

Beginning with version 5.0, four products will make up the Retrospect Backup software family for the Macintosh. Customers who purchase Retrospect Backup 4.3 on or after July 18, 2001 will receive free upgrades to version 5.0. Customers may also upgrade to a higher level product for a discounted fee. Upgrade pricing will be announced at product release.
