"Recent Servers" freeze

Steve Tessier writes that Apple Tech Support confirmed the following problem and solution: "An ApplesShare 4.2 servers's client CPU freezes immediately upon mounting an AppleShare 4.2 file server. The cause is a conflict with one of the contents of the "Recent Servers" folder. The solution is to trash the contents (aliases) inside this folder. If the problem reoccurs persistently, it can be prevented by turning off the Recent Servers feature in the Apple Menu's Options control panel."
