Quote of the Day: Why Intel isn't talking

Intel is talking up a storm about its next line of processors, beginning with Woodcrest. The prospects are good and the company's confidence is high after a serious of setbacks. But its rival, Advanced Micro Devices, hasn't failed to notice that all of Intel's talk is of the future, not the present.

"It's driven by the fact that they can't talk about their current products, because everybody knows their current products aren't very good," Henri Richard, AMD's chief sales and marketing officer.
