Quote of the day: When 'tweakers' started breaking into mailboxes

In a story about Arizona's dramatic growth in identity theft, officials said drug users started turning to mail theft about five years ago because it allows them to steal more inconspicuously.

"The first tip-off was that we started to see a lot of mailbox break-ins by tweakers," said U.S. attorney Paul Charlton, referring to methamphetamine users.
