QuickSilver G4 version is Build 4R14

The version of Mac OS X that comes with the new QuickSilver Power Mac G4's is later than the latest public version, which is build 4Q12. Apple has done this before with previous versions of the Mac OS, and the different versions coexisted for a short period before a later update brought the latest version to all current machines.
