Quicken 98 issues: two follow-ups

Twice-a-month bug Previously, we reported a bug with Quicken 98 making multiple postings to a single day when the frequency of a scheduled transaction was selected to be "twice a month," Dennis Eaton found that this happened to him only occurred when he scheduled the transaction to start from the first of the month. If instead, he started the transaction on the fifteenth of the month (when the next scheduled transaction would normally occur) then the scheduled transactions were posted throughout the calendar as they should be.

1604 errors Regarding Quicken's IC-1604 errors (as mentioned previously), Kazysvarnelis writes that repeated instances of this error led to corruption of the Quicken application itself, requiring a reinstall to fix.
