Quark problem with Photoshop clippings paths: work-around Regarding yesterday's report that Quark does not recognize Photoshop 6 EPS clipping paths, we received several confirmations of this. One work-around is to resave the file using Photoshop 5.x (thanks, Pete Sutton and Rick Gordon). Fix for Remote Access crashes This MacFixIt Forums thread offers suggestions for dealing with Remote Access crashes upon disconnect (deleting its preferences files seems to be the most likely to succeed). Folder modification date changes Ask Al answers: "Why do my folder modification dates sometimes change when I open a contextual menu on one?" Essentially, if you open a contextual menu for a folder that does not have an invisible icon file, the action will create one. This changes the modification date.
