Kevin A. Black noted that he did not have the conflict with ATM and Quark Express described yesterday. However, he has a theory as to why: "I ran into a problem with Quark XPress freezing my computer when I tried to print to my Epson Color Stylus Pro using the Birmy PowerRIP software. It turned out that the Balloon Help file was causing the problem. Quark even acknowledged this fact and said that the only solution was to remove the Balloon Help from the XPress folder so that it would not load." He speculates that removing the Balloon Help file might remedy the ATM problem as well.
