Purported Samsung Nexus 10 tablet manual leaks online
The manual emerged just a few days before Google is expected to unveil several new devices at an event next Monday, including a new tablet with a screen to rival the iPad.
The photos, posted on Korean site Seeko, show few details beyond a sketch of the expected 10 inch tablet. Not surprisingly, the sketches include features common to most tablets, including front- and rear-facing cameras.
Unlike its smaller cousin, the Nexus 7, the Nexus 10 appears to have a strip on the back (plastic?) where the camera is located.
It's not certain where these images came from or if they're real (who gives out hardbound manuals anymore, anyway?), so we'll have to wait until next week to see what the tablet really looks like.
Google is hosting an event Monday, October 29, in New York to unveil three new devices,. [Note: Google Monday's Android event because of Hurricane Sandy. We'll update you with a separate post when we know more.] The announcement will be Google's biggest Nexus showing, with the company expected to show off its high-end tablet, the Nexus 10, from Samsung Electronics; LG Electronics's first Nexus phone, the Nexus 4; and an updated version of the Nexus 7 tablet that first debuted in July.
The Nexus program has long been Google's way of showcasing the latest version of its Android operating system. It has also come with a measure of buzz for the manufacturing partner. Theis expected to beat the iPad in terms of display quality.
