The cost of having a mobile phone has become an accepted cost of modern life. Like paying for water and electricity, most Australians find money in their budgets each month to pay for their mobile phone service. But are we paying too much, especially those of us on long-term contracts?

For as many times as we've heard about people being issued phone bills in the thousands of dollars, the experience of so-called "bill shock", there'd be just as many people or more paying for services each month that they don't use.

We'd like to know about your experience with your phone bill: do you ever go over your included value, or are you often under? Do you feel like you could be paying too much? Below we've posted a survey where you will remain completely anonymous. That said, we understand we are asking for personal information, so feel free to skip any parts of the survey you'd prefer not to answer.
