Sony has cut the price of its Platinum range of games for the PlayStation 2 to AU$29.95 from AU$49.95.

"Our installation base has now grown to such a level that we are in a position to provide consumers with even more affordable options," stated Michael Ephraim, Managing Director, SCE Australia and New Zealand.
Platinum titles include Jak 3, Ratchet & Clank: Up your arsenal, WRC 4, The Getaway: Black Monday, Smash Court Tennis: Pro Tournament 2, Killzone, This Is Soccer 2005 and EyeToy: Play 2 .
