The Pizza Pro may look like an elementary school science fair entry, but it works. Really, it does. Skymall

When I was a kid, my mom never messed with pizza cutters. Whenever presented with a steaming hot pizza, she would just pull out a pair of scissors. May sound strange, but cutting pizza with a pair of scissors rather than some odd, sharp wheel still seems perfectly normal to me. It's much easier, although I still manage to make a mess.

Skymall Magazine has improved on the pizza and scissors combination with the Pizza Pro. The Pizza Pro combines a pair of kitchen shears with a spatula that lifts the pizza as you cut it. This is ideal for those parents who have to serve up pizza with one hand and referee with the other--the Pizza Pro requires only one hand to both cut and serve. And there's an added bonus: the scissors are designed so that they work comfortably for both righties and lefties.

All you have to do is slide the front end of the spatula under the pizza and start snipping. You'll get a nicely sized slice of pizza, perfect for dinner time. The Pizza Pro is dishwasher-safe and won't leave scratches all over your pans, as some pizza cutters are known to do. It even has a 10-year warranty. The Pizza Pro is priced at $19.99, which is really not too bad for a dedicated pizza aficionado.
