PGP 5.0 OSL 1.2 = Finder quits?

We previously mentioned that PGP 5.0 might be a cause of Finder quits in Mac OS 8. A couple of recent reports suggest that the problem may actually be an interaction between PGP 5.0 and ObjectSupportLib 1.2 (which gets installed, for example, when you install Netscape Communicator). I don't have PGP 5.0, but I can attest to the fact that simply having OSL 1.2 installed caused several other similar problems for me. Removing this file when running Mac OS 8 (especially on Power Macs) is a good idea (as has been covered here before). (Thanks especially Les Dodson.)
