If you're like many a millennial or Gen Xer, you probably have a variety of emotional reactions to the Star Wars franchise. Come on, you can admit it: the thought of a new Star Wars film makes you giddy with joyful anticipation, but a little fearful that Episode VII is going to suck like, uh, other recent episodes that shall go nameless.

You might be a grown-ass adult, but you still envy the little kids you see getting excited about all the latest Star Wars schwag. At the same time, you're annoyed that the hype continues to build toward what will surely be a nearly unbearable pitch. Yet bear it we will until December.

I'm getting worked up all over again just typing this. Which is why the below mashup of the "emotions" from the summer's hit Pixar animated flick " Inside Out" watching the latest trailer is so dead-on when it comes to capturing humanity's complicated response to it.

Disney Movies Anywhere posted the video on YouTube Tuesday. Check it out for yourself, and add any emotional reactions to the trailer it may have missed in the comments.

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" opens in theaters in Europe and Australia on December 17 and in the US on December 18.
