Palm releases WebOS 1.1 -- restores syncing with iTunes 8.2.1

Mac users who own the Palm Pre and similar devices were disappointed to lose their ability to sync with the latest version of iTunes. This has been restored with the release of Palm WebOS 1.1.
We reported on this in a recent article, and according to the official statement from John Traynor at Palm, the update "re-enables Palm media sync. That's right -- you once again can have seamless access to your music, photos and videos from the current version of iTunes (8.2.1)."
