Painter 5 serial number glitch

Seth Hendley Elgart could not get his copies of Painter 5 to accept the serial numbers that came with the software. Painter's Tech Support told him that "they apparently left off the last four digits of the serial numbers in a recent shipment. If you just bought Painter 5 and your serial number ends in three letters, you're most likely going to need another letter and three more numbers."
