If you've always wanted to have a catchy name--like, say, Prince, Andre 3000 or Boy George--there's an auction on eBay you may be interested in.

According to a report by The Associated Press, Mitch Maddox changed his name in 2000 to DotComGuy and began streaming video of his day on the Internet. After he got married, he and his wife reclaimed the Maddox name, and placed DotComGuy.com on eBay with a starting bid of $100,000.

The listing states: "This is a once in a lifetime chance to purchase a world renown Internet brand and top level domain! DotComGuy.com is the most valuable domain name currently listed on eBay. Even though DotComGuy.com has been offline for a couple years, a Google search for 2004 has 3440 results! Imagine the potential this domain has for your business."

The mind indeed reels at the possibilities. But if that's not enough to entice you, the winning bidder also receives the trademark to the name.
