OSA Menu update fixes CarbonLib, Freehand conflicts
Regarding our report last time of a Freehand and OSA Menu conflict, a reader contends: "There has been a conflict between OSA Menu and every version of CarbonLib since 1.2, which causes any menu accessed by keystroke to flicker, so this explains the Edit menu flickering (at least in Carbonized applications)."
Adding to the complications, Hans Doeleman notes that "FreeHand 10 refused to open without CarbonLib 1.3.1 and did not accept the use of CarbonLib 1.2.5."
Matt Deatherage (of the MDJ) writes: "There is an OSA Menu 1.2.3d7 beta update that fixes the OSA problem."
