One pricey wagon: The Cadillac CTS-V Wagon will start at $62,990
The Cadillac CTS-V Wagon will be available at U.S. Cadillac dealers later this year, with pricing starting at $62,990.
The wagon is back--in a big way.
General Motors is now taking orders for the CTS-V Wagon; a limited number of these beauties will be available later this year starting at $62,990.
The wagon, which debutedat the 2010 New York auto show in April, boasts a supercharged 6.2L V-8 with 556-horsepower. It can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 4.0 seconds.
It comes standard with six-speed manual, or a six-speed automatic transmission. And it has other features such as Brembo brakes and 19-inch forged-aluminum wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires.
Luxury standard features include Xenon HID headlamps with adaptive forward lighting and Bose 5.1 Cabin Surround audio system. The wagon will be covered under the Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance Service for 4 years/50,000 miles.
Options include Recaro heated and ventilated driver and front-passenger seats for $3,400, 19-inch, polished-aluminum wheels for $800, "midnight" Sapele wood trim package for $600, and suede steering wheel and shifter for $300.
"The Cadillac CTS-V Wagon is a limited production offering for connoisseurs who are interested in the unique combination of V-Series performance with wagon style and capability," said Don Butler, vice president of Cadillac marketing.
