VSE My Privacy vers 1.5 password glitch Jacques Thériault writes: "If I enter a bullet (ASCII 165) anywhere in the password field, the file will no longer open."

Citrix ICA Client 6.20.127 upgrade warning Dave Heap writes: "Version 6.20.127 is for PowerPC Macs only, but 68000 users will keep getting nagged for an upgrade, which will break their client if they install it."

Macromedia Freehand 10 prints entire documents only? Klaus Warschkow writes: "When printing to an Apple LaserWriter 16/600, all pages of a document are printed even if the user chooses to print only certain pages on 2 of our 3 QuickSilver Macs. The problem exists only in Freehand 10. We tried deleting the printing preferences and rebuilding them from scratch, and reinstalling Freehand, without success."

Update: Another reader confirms similar behavior. He writes: "I too have experienced Freehand 10 printing entire documents only. I have had to return to Freehand 9 to get some work done. This behavior occurred with AdobePS 8.7.1 and the latest Laserwriter chooser extensions. It didn't matter what printer I used."

Update: Score another one for CarbonLib, evidently. Scott Millen writes: "The problem occurs only when you update to Mac OS 9.2. The CarbonLib version that ships with the update (v1.4) is incompatible with FH10. I have spoken at length with Macromedia tech support, and their suggested workaround is to downgrade to the previous version of CarbonLib (which in turn may break other programs)."

Update: Paul Gary contends: "I've had no problems printing single pages from a multi-page document in FreeHand 10. This may a situation exclusively to G4's and/or QuickSilver models."
