Desktop Icon Manager 1.1 (DIM) is yet another utility to help you restore order to messed up desktop icons. It is an AppleScript. A neat feature compared to some competing utilities: DIM doesn't get confused when you store the icon positions at one screen resolution and then restore them at a different screen resolution.

AbbottChat 1.5.2 is the latest update to this free Internet chat and messaging client.

Insider's server down last week From Insider Software: "Unknown to us, our Gateway provider upgraded certain heavy duty communications equipment. The upgrade didn't go smoothly and Insider's Server was unavailable for two days. This was corrected on April 30th at 2:00 pm PST. However, the upgrade required InterNic to change IP addresses and it may take a few days for the DNS Servers to update. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, especially to Insider Updates customers. To set the record straight, we'll be here as long as the last Mac boings."
