ORB Tools coming soon? Where is the Mac version of ORB Tools? Steve Lawson received this latest reply from Castlewood? TEC issue revisited Months ago, we reported a problem with "garbled text" in Explorer due to an older version of Text Encoding Converter getting installed. Chip Carter now adds a related tip, based on his experience upgrading to AOL 4.0: Make sure the version of the Text Encoding Converter extension matches the version of the files in the Text Encodings folder (at least to the first decimal place). If not, garbled text problems may occur. If an application overwrites new versions with older ones, re-install the newer ones from the Mac OS Installer.
