Grappler SCSI cards beta OS X driver Orange Micro has released a beta version of an OS X system extension to support Grappler SCSI cards. Jeff Mark writes: "It's a .pkg installer and requires an admin password to install. It supports SCSI only, support for the serial ports on the Grappler is apparently still pending. I couldn't find an installer log, but at a minimum, it puts 'grappler.kext' in /System/Library/Extensions directory. The only SCSI device I have on it is a 1st-generation Zip drive, but it came up immediately and I've seen no conflicts so far." Takashi Okamoto points out that you need to restart the Mac in order for the SCSI device to be recognized.
