Reinstalling Enternet - a warning Jeremy Grimes writes: "Enternet's newest release of the software comes with a new, shorter timeout. Whereas before you were allowed about 6 months of trial usage before the software timed out, now its 30 days. If you use Enternet, use an earlier version of the software if you would like a longer time limit. I assume the new limit is the result of the purchase of Network Telesystems by Efficient Networks."
Update: Robert Wallace adds: "The latest version is unnecessary [in many cases] because even the earlier version, 1.0.9, works just fine with Mac OS 9.2.2. A recent version can also usually be downloaded from a user's ISP, and it has no expiry date at all."
