Odds & Ends: Epson 740 AppleTalk hack; Stimpsoft closes

Unofficial Epson Stylus Color 740 AppleTalk driver Gary Hawkins writes: "I loved the AirPort network at my house and the way under OS 9 we used to be able to send print jobs to our Epson SC740 from anywhere, thanks to the Appletalk driver and the Axis 1440 Print Server. To find that only the USB 740 was supported in OS X, then, was quite a disappointment. As a result, I have hacked my own: SC740(AT) - the unofficial network driver. It's a bit rickety, but it works."
