Norton Firewall install: reader report

Norton Firewall Install Chris Clarke writes: "I encountered the same problem many of your readers with the install halting with the error, can't create folder, no permission or something to that effect. I logged in as root user (having never done it before, I was a little nervous) and the install went smoothly. I logged out and back in and everything works fine."
