The C6 was only recently picked up by Vodafone, but more details have emerged about the C6-01, which you may be able to buy by the middle of September, after this year's Nokia World.

There have been conflicting reports, but we think the C6-01 might have the Symbian 3 OS upgrade, as claimed by Mobile Geek Inc, rather than keeping the C6's dated Symbian 1 S60 (5th edition). It should also have an 8-megapixel camera.

The leaked pictures makes it look like there is a 3.5-inch touch screen and no keyboard, but other reports contradict this, so until it's formally announced, we're as clueless as you.

The leak came about because of Nokia's habit of using very similar product names. A Bulgarian retailer confused the C6-01 with the existing C6 and posted the info by mistake, like Nokia Holland did in July.

Nokia is planning to release a range of smart phones this year, but if the range is leaving you as confused as the retailer, here's a run-down of the main phones to expect.

So to recap, the C6 is already out on contract with Vodafone. The C6-01 we think will be out mid-September.

The C7-00 was leaked last week, which, spec-wise, looks like the C6-01, with Symbian 3 and an 8-megapixel camera, two LED photo lights, and a 3.5-inch AMOLED screen. We don't know when this will be out, but C-series phones tend to be relatively cheap.

For those of you who are looking for more power, there will be the delayed N8, which has Symbian 3 and an AMOLED screen with a 12-megapixel camera, along with multi-touch zoom in the browser. We're looking at October for that one.

But the biggie we are really looking forward to is the N9 smart phone, which we believe will run on MeeGo, the new OS created with Intel. It also has a stylish MacBook Pro-like look and a potential Christmas release.

Got that? We know how many of you Nokia fans out there and desperate for something really game changing for the company. Which of these, if any, will make the difference? We'd like your opinion below please.
