New marks for Google

As always, Google is busy registering trademarks and Web addresses for what could be either pie-in-the-sky services or imminent ones. As uncovered by search industry sleuth Gary Price, Google registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in March for the mark TrustRank, a term linked to mathematical algorithms for eradicating Web spam. Not as recently, it bought the domain name GoogleVillage.com. Could Hilary Clinton be advising Google along with Al Gore?
