New MacBooks from Apple today

Apple has released new MacBook models today.

Earlier today Apple released new MacBook models, that use the new Intel Core i5 and Core i7 CPUs from Intel, as well as new implementations of Automatic Graphics Switching technology that implements seamless transitions from the discrete GPU to the onboard GPU. The systems are still housed in the same unibody enclosures, and have the same input and trackpads; however, the trackpads now support momentum scrolling as is seen on the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.

CNET Editor Dan Ackerman has detailed the new models in a review that includes pictures and videos of the new models (though most of the improvements are under the hood), so be sure to check it out.

13" MacBook Pro
