New from Netopia; Timbuktu Pro 5.0 and Timbuktu HouseCall

Netopia has announced an updated Timbuktu Pro 5.0 for Mac OS and a new product called Timbuktu HouseCall.

Timbuktu Pro claims to be "up to 200% faster Remote Control over modem connections."

Timbuktu HouseCall is "designed for those Mac experts that find themselves constantly supporting family and friends on their Macintosh systems. Timbuktu HouseCall provides 'on-the-fly' support for Mac OS users. The Doctor version is free and available on the web. Anytime you find yourself on the road and needing to connect to another person's Mac, you can quickly download the Doctor version and get connect to your Patient right away. Patient versions of HouseCall are licensed in single, two, and ten-packs and are simple to install."
