New Apple TIL files: A copy error bug and more

Several recent TIL files of general interest:

#22158: A copy error bug: "Apple is aware of a potential issue with PCI equipped Mac OS-based computers running Mac OS 8.1 and sharing a CD-ROM disc. When a CD-ROM disc is shared, files copied from the CD to another Mac OS-based computer may not copy correctly which could result in the copied files being incomplete and having data corruption." No solution as yet.

#24400: Apple claims that its CD-ROM driver should support avariety of third party ATAPI CD-ROM drives.
