GarageBand: inexpensive production A London Times review of GarageBand notes that using GarageBand to produce music can be much less expensive than heading to a studio. "A couple of months ago I walked into a recording studio with a producer, shelled out £1,000 and left clutching a respectable three-track CD of my own music. Six weeks later, I discovered that I could have set up a studio in my own home and produced as many CDs as I wanted using a computer and a piece of software that costs around £40." More.
