Woz gives Apple props According to a CRN article, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak thinks highly of the technology leadership exhibited by his old partner, Steve Jobs, and praises the products of today's Apple: "Ultimately, Wozniak said Apple is the best at developing technology 'that feels special, that feels like you are a special person when you use it.'" Consumers accept DRM "done right" An Engadget guest column by Jupiter Research's Michael Gartenberg contends that, contrary to what many pundits claim, "Consumers will live with DRM and in fact will pay for content. The key is the flexibility of the DRM and keeping allowing users the portability they desire. It?s not an either/or issue and there?s no reason DRM can?t live together with what users want." More.

Photos of Apple's flagship London store Macworld UK provides a nice gallery of photos of the new London Apple Store, which is scheduled to open on Saturday. The opening will feature the availability of "goody bags," mystery bags that sell for 250 pounds but contain at least 700 pounds worth of merchandise -- a promotion Apple has been using at recent flagship store openings.
