Moonlight goes beta Moonlight is the code name fro the next update to Mac OS 9. It recently went beta (version b2 to be exact).

Mac OS Rumors site gone? Several readers have asked us if we know what has happened to macosrumors.com. Their web site no longer loads. We have no official info on this matter.

    Update: As reported by many readers, Mac OS Rumors is still alive. You can find it at this numeric address URL. Apparently, the are having some DNS problems at the moment.

Dreamweaver 4.0.1 The update fixes the problem where certain specific GIF files would appear as distorted. It also fixed the glitch where some users were unable to select text in Dreamweaver while other specific programs were running in the background. Other minor performance issues on Mac OS 9.1 have been fixed.

PageSpinner 3.1b1 is a Web page authoring tool. The update features improved Mac OS X Classic compatibility, previews of local Server Side Include files, proxy icon support, automatic line feed detection, better support for Cascading Style Sheets and HTML 4.01, support for editing files on FTP servers with Interarchy 4.0.1 and higher, improved support for FTP transfer applications, bug fixes and more.

Magellan 1.8.2 is minor update to this multilingual email software. It offers better mailer compatibility with non-ASCII languages.

Mulberry 2.1a5 is a scalable IMAP email client with SSL support. The update includes numerous bug fixes. It also added quoting options to the reply addressing dialog.
