New & Noteworthy: Maya coming in July; OS X tips and tutorials

Maya coming in July Marc Handler attended a Maya 4.0 Demo and Release Party at Globix in NYC. It was confirmed that Maya 4.0 for Mac OS X will be released in July at Macworld Expo.

MacOSX.org features tutorials on server-oriented topics, such as Setting up Web Sharing on Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server vs. Windows 2000 Server, and XWindows for MacOSX (which covers the use of XFree86) It also a useful tutorial on using Terminal's Command Line Interface (CLI).
