New & Noteworthy: MacDrive to be bundled with Wiebe
MacDrive to be bundled with Wiebe drives WiebeTech and Mediafour have announced that MediaFour's MacDrive 5 software will now be bundled with most WiebeTech storage products. MacDrive 5 allows any Windows based PC to read and write disk volumes that have been formatted on a Mac. The new software will be available on products shipping mid-September. MacDrive 5 will be bundled with DesktopGBTM and the new bus-powered Super DesktopGB the pocket-sized MicroGB; and all three DriveDock products. More.
iPod for Windows review Writing for the Associated Press, Matthew Fordahl reviews the iPod for Windows coming to this conclusions: "An iPod for Windows-based PCs is out. Not surprisingly, it works just as well as the Mac iPod so well, in fact, that other Windows players will be eating dust." More.
